At Shah Seafood, we happily accept returns, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be rare instances where returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 3 hours from the time of delivery. If you have concerns, please contact us within this time frame.
2. Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
○ Wrong Product: If the wrong product was delivered.
○ Incorrectly Cut Fish: If the fish was cut incorrectly (e.g., wrong preparation or
portion).
○ Not Fresh or Stale: If the product is not fresh or appears stale upon delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us immediately within the 3-hour window via WhatsApp at 0333-6286642 with clear photos of the product and the issue you are facing. Our team will evaluate the return request and guide you through the process.
4. Refunds & Replacements
If your return is approved, we will either provide a replacement for the product or issue a refund depending on your preference and product availability.
5. Customer Responsibility
We request that the returned product is kept in its original condition, and the packaging is not tampered with. Returns will only be processed if the product is still in a sellable state, unless the return is due to freshness or quality issues.
