Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Shah Seafood! Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By ordering from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Freshness Guarantee

We deliver 100% fresh fish to ensure the best quality. Our fish are caught and delivered to you within 24 hours to maintain optimal freshness.

2. Safe and Secure Delivery

To ensure the fish reaches you in perfect condition, we use thermacoal packing boxes that are specially designed to keep the fish fresh and safe during delivery.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online Transfer (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer)

4. Advance Payment for Bulk Orders

For orders of more than 4kgs, a 40% advance deposit is required to ensure a smooth order processing and timely delivery.

5. Delivery Charges

The delivery cost within Karachi is Rs. 300.
○ For Bahria Town, delivery charges are Rs. 500.
○ A minimum order of 2kgs is required.

6. Order Preparation

We weigh the whole fish before preparation. Once weighed, we can prepare the fish according to your preferences, such as:
○ Whole
○ Sliced
○ Boneless
○ Gutted, etc.

For example, if you order 3kgs of a single fish, the weight after preparation (slicing, boneless, etc.) may be around 2.5kgs, depending on the cuts you request.

8. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Shah Seafood is not responsible for any delays caused by unavailability of the recipient.

9. Order Confirmation

All orders placed will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us to ensure your order has been processed.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours after placing them. Once the fish has been packed and dispatched, no changes or cancellations will be allowed. Forcancellations, an administrative fee may apply.

11. Quality Assurance

In the rare event of receiving substandard or spoiled fish, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We will assess the issue and, if the problem is verified, will provide a replacement or refund. Returns are not accepted without prior notice or approval.

12. Availability of Products

While we strive to maintain consistent stock, availability may vary due to seasonal fishing or unforeseen circumstances. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

13. Handling and Storage

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the fish is properly stored upon delivery. We recommend refrigerating or freezing the fish immediately to maintain its freshness. Shah Seafood is not responsible for any loss in quality if the fish is not stored correctly

14. Delivery Times

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on weather, traffic, or other unforeseen factors. We will inform you of any significant delays.

15. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Shah Seafood is not liable for any delays, non-deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of ordering.

16. Fish Preparation

Fish will be prepared based on the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Any issues with the preparation (e.g., incorrect slicing, boneless request) must be reported at the time of delivery, and Shah Seafood will address any mistakes as per company policy.

17. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or the packaging is compromised, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order. We may ask for photographic evidence to assist with a refund or replacement.

18. Force Majeure

Shah Seafood will not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or changes in regulations, which prevent us from fulfilling our services.

19. Pricing and Offers

All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, discounts, or special offers are only valid for the specified period and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

20. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the order process will be used strictly for order processing and delivery purposes only. We will not share or sell your personal details to any third parties.

21. Customer Satisfaction
